Nathan signed by Naomi Belshaw Consultancy

Nathan is delighted to announce his new professional partnership with Naomi Belshaw Consultancy, entering into a long-term management agreement.

With over a decade of experience in artist development, cultural programming, and sector innovation - including collaborations with leading arts organisations and independent practitioners - Naomi brings a wealth of expertise to this partnership. Under Naomi’s management, Nathan will receive tailored strategic support, career advocacy, and support designed to amplify his professional trajectory.

Who is Naomi Belshaw?

Naomi Belshaw is a music industry strategist with a uniquely diverse career spanning arts administration, artist development, PR, and advocacy for classical and contemporary composers. Originally trained as an archaeologist (holding a PhD in Prehistoric Archaeology), she transitioned her lifelong passion for music into a professional career, first as PRS for Music’s inaugural Classical Account Manager - forging connections across the UK classical community through industry events and partnerships (from the Ivors Academy to ISM). Her work evolved at PRS Foundation, where she designed and led groundbreaking funding schemes to support composers and orchestras, bridging gaps between creativity and opportunity.

Naomi spent five years at WildKat PR, spearheading PR campaigns for composers, ensembles, and arts charities before launching her own consultancy in 2020 to empower artists with strategic career guidance. A respected voice in music education, she’s delivered talks at Trinity Laban, RNCM, LSO Soundhub, and more, while her leadership as Chair of the Three Choirs Festival and participation in the Music Managers Forum Accelerator Programme underscores her commitment to sector innovation.

Beyond consultancy, Naomi remains an active violinist, performing with Orchestra Vitae, Midsummer Opera, and prog-rock band The Wood Demons, fuelled, when offstage, by a well-curated whisky collection.
