'two hymns' at Whiddon Autumn Festival

two hymns are reflections on two psalms - psalm 112 and 13, commissioned by Whiddon Autumn Festival. Initially commissioned to be programmed as an introit to a compline litugical service, these short works for string quartet aim to open a space for repose and introspection.

This work was written as part of a residency with Whiddon Autumn Festival, kindly supported by The Finzi Trust and the Vaughan Williams Foundation.
